Willie’s 25 years of logistics operations experience working at many organizational levels provides a unique understanding that bridges business strategy with frontline process improvement allowing for a meaningful translation from the global strategy perspective to the localized process requirements.
Willie started his career with 13 years in medical device distribution with roles including order management, inventory control, product slotting, and warehouse layout. He was responsible for the layout and process flows in multiple facility moves. In 2004, he switched to the automotive industry spending 12 years with Honda Logistics supporting Parts, Motorcycle, Marine, and Hybrid Battery Assembly divisions working across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
