Willow relocated from Calgary to Vancouver to attend UBC, and after obtaining a BSc in Cell Biology and Genetics, decided to call Vancouver her permanent home. She began her career working in sales account management for a large telecom, providing tailored technology solutions for companies in the financial, legal, science, and technology sectors. She then transitioned to commercial real estate, working for a boutique brokerage where she focused primarily on landlord and owner representation, gaining insights she now uses to negotiate on behalf of occupiers.
