Wilson has been with King Industrial Realty since early 2000 and has established himself as a top producing industrial broker at King and in the Atlanta market, specializing in the I-20 West/Fulton Industrial sub-market. He has executed transactions ranging from several thousand square feet up to several hund thousand on behalf of his clientele that consists of local, regional, and national companies as well as multi-market institutional landlords.
Over the last two decades, as one of the most active and successful brokers on the west side of metro Atlanta, he has represented companies such as GID Industrial, Stonelake Capital Partners, First Industrial Realty Trust, Prologis, Fastenal, TPG, Tie Down Engineering, General Wholesale Company, Taurus Investment Holdings, RACO General Contractors and Stag-Parkway Inc.
Prior to joining King, he served as Vice President of Acquisition & Development for Pinnacle Southeastern. While with Pinnacle Southeastern, his responsibilities included “ground up” development & disposition of over $80 million dollars’ worth of self-storage facilities throughout the United States.
