Woody Bruce is a founding Director of Bruce Gillingham Pollard. Woody joined from Knight Frank, where he was a Salaried Partner following their purchase of Markham Vaughan Gillingham in 2008.
He has worked on various challenging projects from their conception and subsequent asset management which includes One New Change, London for Land Securities and The Brunswick, Bloomsbury for LaSalle. Other significant developments he is currently advising on include Dickens Yard in Ealing and Windsor Royal Station.
Woody has an in depth understanding and significant experience in tenant mix, creation of pitches and developing sustainable and successful environments with a focus on mixed use buildings and Central London.
Woody has built strong relationships with both retailers and restaurateurs by continuingly delivering successful developments and is a firm believer in the synergy between catering and retail.
