Braxton Warren is a real estate leader who brings a remarkable work ethic and experience to the present industry. He has and continues to work side by side titans in the Real Estate and Development Industry. Braxton has managed and led projects and transactions in a portfolio of over 500 million dollars. As the Principal and Founder of the Warren Group, Braxton is directly responsible for overall company operations, facilitating acquisitions, sales, and advising his many clients ranging from first time home buyers to developers with billion dollar portfolios. He has overseen development projects from the entitlement phase through construction completion. He has completed several transactions with diverse buyers, sellers, and investors alike who were collectively in search of sheer professionalism.
A natural leader, Braxton, brings over two decades of experience in Taekwondo as a 4th Degree Taekwondo Master and International Taekwondo Fighter. As a Instructor he specialized in working with special needs students, at-risk youth, non-English speakers, and senior citizens. He managed employees of more than 20 instructors/admin staff and wrote and developed curriculum, protocol, and operating procedures for multiple facilities. As an athlete he was the 2016 & 2019 California State Heavyweight Team Member and State Champion. Braxton has fought hundreds of matches all throughout the United States and on an International Level traveling to different countries to fight. He spent three years gaining executive-level leadership experience serving as the National Vice President of Tournament Operations for an International Taekwondo Organization. His responsibilities included the development and implementation of organizational policy, event planning and management, and the training of officials and administrators throughout the United States.
Braxton served as an executive translator for diplomatic delegates from Latin America, ESL Students at many different education levels and a health care delegation on a mission in Cuba with Danny Glover and other activists.
Braxton is best known for his reputation for surpassing industry standards. His leadership experience, coupled with a passion for real estate, service, and his community, is invaluable to the growth of the entire company. A Native of Sacramento, and a lover of culture, Braxton has visited over ten different countries, including Lebanon and Cuba. He is fluent in Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, and Russian.
