Ms. Duffy has been President of Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT) since 2022 and its Chief Operating Officer since 2020. She is also a Senior Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and is responsible for directing asset management of office, industrial and retail properties managed by RMR. Ms. Duffy also has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI) since 2024. Since joining RMR in 2006, Ms. Duffy has also worked as an Accounting Manager and as an Area Director in the Northeast region. Previously, she worked at Spaulding & Slye. Ms. Duffy is a member of Nareit’s Advisory Board of Governors and of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP).
