He has taken that mentality and work ethic, combining them in an unforgiving level of grit. to Yan likes to think in actual models and frameworks and tries to curtail his judgment—processing information in clearly articulated ways, with guidelines to those thoughts. He looks for cognitive biases in the world and always attempt to get to the truth of any matter. Yan believes in constantly becoming and treating life and business as iterative processes. As a real estate owner and investor, he can empathize and get what his clients have to deal with viscerally. When it comes to real estate, Yan thrives on the details; the granular features of the deal or the property is what he cares about the most.
