We were passionate about real estate and saw an opportunity post 2008 global recession. The business model was and still remains very simple - buy distressed properties, remodel and sell them for profit. Since its inception, successfully completed a multiple transactions. We are proud to say that we have never lost money on any of the properties we've purchased. Today our employees a team of research analysts and project coordinators and works with a great network of local contractors, attorneys, title companies, government officials and real estate agents.
