Zac Gruber is a Principal at Banyan Street Capital where he serves as President of the Office Division and sits on the firm’s Management, Investment, and Executive committees. He is involved with all aspects of the firm’s office investments including strategic asset management, capital deployment, leasing, dispositions, and investor/lender relations. Mr. Gruber oversees a team of over 150 professionals charged with growing and operating the firm's portfolio of 11 million square feet of institutional, quality office properties valued at approximately $3.5 billion.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gruber has participated in the acquisition, development, leasing, and management of over 50 million square feet of office and industrial properties through roles at CBRE, PS Business Parks, and other family offices and GP sponsor investors. Mr. Gruber is involved with several real estate industry organizations including the Real Estate Roundtable, NAIOP, and ULI, and received a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.B.A from the University of Florida Hough Graduate School of Business.
