Zach Payne came to real estate from the design world. After transforming the look of the most renowned entertainment companies, celebrities, and luxury brands through creative content and design, he sold his branding company and moved back to Atlanta from New York City. He maintains deep connections in the art, music and entertainment industries, and his passion for theater to which he attributes his assertiveness and sales ability.
Zach grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta, learning from his multi-generation real estate family, where he's been surrounded by the business since birth. While he focuses on luxury properties, Zach represents buyers, sellers, and investors all over Atlanta and north Georgia.
