Zach's experience includes the development of more than 700 units of multifamily housing totaling more than $135MM in total project value. Zach also has experience working in commercial banking, having underwritten more than $100MM in commercial real estate loans. In addition to commercial banking experience, he has experience in real estate valuation and urban development. Zach holds a B.S. in Business Administration – Real Estate and Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and he has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Nebraska since 2015.
