Zach Shockency is an Analyst and Transaction Coordinator for the Investment Sales team at Mid-America Real Estate – Minnesota, LLC. Zach focuses on financial underwriting and analysis of investment sales properties. He also aids in investment sales transactions including property due diligence, closing documents, and buyer/seller communications. Prior to joining Mid-America Real Estate – Minnesota, LLC, Zach was a member of the Asset Management team at AEI Capital Corporation, where he handled property sales and lease negotiations. In addition to dispositions and renewals, Zach provided financial analyses, underwriting and property management. He also helped lead development of a cloud-based workflow management system that tracked financial data for the properties and provided work order processing for the maintenance department.
