Zachary Greenwood is a member of the CBRE East Bay Multifamily Investment Properties Group. Zach specializes in investment real estate brokerage with a focus in multifamily, mixed-use and land sales in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since joining the team in 2014, Zach has been involved in representing clients in the acquisition and/or disposition of nearly 150 properties, totalaling 5,487 apartment units, representing more than $1.182 Billion of transaction volume.
Prior to joining the team, Zach worked as CBRE’s lead researcher for the San Francisco East Bay, providing support to all CBRE East Bay brokerage teams. Prior to joining CBRE, Zach worked with Cornish and Carey Commercial in their Downtown San Francisco office as an intern for one of the top office tenant representation teams, specializing in business development.
Zach was born and raised in Fresno, California, and began his Bay Area residency in 2007 when he started his college education at University of California, Berkeley. Zach Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and participated in four years of Division 1 water polo and was a member of the 2007 NCAA National Championship Team. Zach is married to his wife, Abby, and has two daughters, Berkeley and Peyton.
