Zach joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1991 and currently serves as an Executive Director in the Brokerage Services group. During his 22-year career, Zach has leased over 6.2 million square feet on behalf of landlords, represented tenants in over 1.2 million square feet of leases, and participated in the successful acquisition/disposition of assets valued in excess of $1 billion dollars.
