Zack Elliot is a Research Analyst with Randall Commercial Group, LLC, underwriting and analyzing commercial and real estate properties and CRE market segment trends, as well as conducting research on healthcare properties. He performs local economic studies on markets targeted for acquisitions. Zack is Argus Software Certified and underwrites capital structures for the firms’ deals.
Zack is an alumnus of the University of Mississippi School of Business where he double majored in Banking and Finance and Real Estate. He was recognized as Who’s Who while at Ole Miss. Zack also serves as Second Lieutenant in the Army Reserves as a Combat Engineer Platoon Leader. During his free time, Zack enjoys biking, running, meeting new people, and keeping up with the current commercial real estate marketing trends.
