John has owned and operated several local businesses including the construction industry for over 25 years, giving him a unique perspective when it comes to the Real Estate industry. One look at a property and he can give his clients an estimate of its total value. Even better, his extensive knowledge in this field gives clients an educated opinion in any additional or related costs, such as upgrades, repairs, and other general home purchases. A background in investment , commercial properties and public education
Aside from time spent in the construction sector, John engaged in the art of investment, entrepreneurship and public education as a local school board member. He invented the Digital Video Jukebox, later partnering up the late Detroit business man, Don Barden in Barden Entertainment and Serving as President. John also served on the Wayne-Westland Community School Board as VP and Treasurer, overseeing a budget of over $120 million yearly. In addition, John has served as a Business Development Director at Sutariya Law and Saturn Electronics Corporation. His background in education, investment and business development add another layer to Johns’ Real Estate perspective, allowing his clients to easily make informed decisions in commercial investments.
Johns’ years in business also gives him expertize that allows him to easily troubleshoot and meet his clients’ business needs. John served as a Linguist Specialist for the US Army and was honored by US Senator Carl Levin, for his service to the country. When it comes to negotiating, John, has his clients covered. Having negotiated over two-thousand contracts, ranging from, translating the disarmament agreement in the Kosovo War in 1999 to the first commercial use of music videos with Warner Music Group, in 2002. As you can see, John has an extensive history of negotiation over the years.
