Zena Charokopos is the Senior Vice President of the Bucks County Office Division of NAI Mertz. Zena has an extensive background in business management and administration, giving her a unique insight into the needs and requirements of business planning. She joined NAI Mertz in April 2003 to specialize in Office Sales and Leasing. Her area of focus includes Landlord and Tenant Representation as well as relocations, expansions, and lease renewals. She is currently responsible for the marketing of properties for sale or lease and lend help and insight in negotiations and finalizations of Letter of Intent & Lease Agreements between landlord and prospective tenants and Sale Agreement between seller and buyer. Zena collaborates with all parties necessary to help with negotiation of any costs associated with the execution of a transaction. Prior to joining NAI Mertz, Zena worked at Graphic Media Corporation and Chalet Import-Export Corporation.
