Adams Nelson & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Douglas and Fern Adams and their sons, Kevin and Garth, as an independent, full-service commercial real estate firm. Their vision to live in and be an active positive contributing partner in the community in both business relations and community outreach connections, remains a vibrant thread of the company’s fabric today. This vision continues through Richard Bell and Sarah Adams Bell, the founders’ son-in-law and daughter. “To share in a legacy of what it means to help make a community strong, successful and compassionate to all its residents is the greatest honor” Sarah says as she reflects on the ethics and generosity of her parents and what they stood for. “They taught us that success is the way in which we live our lives each day, with the intention of contributing positively to the community in which one lives.” Being able to carry this vision forward is of greatest priority to Richard and Sarah.
