Built in the 1940s, what is now the AP Business Park was originally part of the old Quartermaster Depot of the United States Army. The park was purchased by Seagrams in the 1960s, and the warehouses were used to store whiskey barrels. AP Business Park was founded in 1985 after the acquisition from Seagrams. Comprised of more than one million square feet of building space set across 84 acres. Located in Jeffersonville, Indiana, in the heart of the Louisville Metro area.
Over the last decade America Place has shifted its new development to the River Ridge Commerce Center also in Jeffersonville, IN. Currently America Place is developing around 250 acres both Office and Industrial.
