ATM Associates, LLC is a commercial leasing company that was founded in 2004. ATM Associates consists of a group of 5 partners that wanted to try their hand at real estate. They started with an old, run-down building and learned hands-on what it takes to turn a property into a great rental space. With time, ATM Associates have managed to attract tenants and work with them to make their businesses thrive. Presently, ATM Associates have ownership of four commercial properties in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. With over 30 tenants that include small retailers, national companies, banks, and restaurants.
