Baldwin-Howell Properties is a real estate investment group with a focus on self-storage and retail properties. The group has developed or owned more than 20 self-storage facilities totaling over 1 Million square feet and currently owns nine storage properties, all managed by Extra Space Storage, with three more under construction to open in 2017. Its current retail holdings include nine shopping centers totaling over 500,000 square feet of space. In addition to self-storage and retail properties, the Baldwin-Howell group has invested in or developed over 2,000 condominium units, more than 1,000 single family homes or lots and over 1 Million square feet of retail space, while also investing in mobile home parks, office buildings, hotels and industrial properties throughout their more than 70 years of collective real estate experience.
