In 2008, Blue Jay Development was founded by Brett Klug in Omaha, NE as a real estate company focusing on acquisitions and value creation during the Great Recession. Evolving to meet their customer's needs, they are vested in a variety of asset classes including, Single Family, Multi-Family, Office, Retail, Industrial, and Storage Unit Facilities. They currently own and manage over 100 properties.
