Chisago County HRA/EDA works closely with local units of government throughout the County to provide Commercial and Industrial sites. They also assist cities and townships to secure and administer local, state, and federal grants and loans. They provide project planning and program implementation. The HRA-EDA owns and operates six multi-housing developments within the county and assist developers in locating sites for housing and assist with funding resources. They are a Small Business Development Center (SBDC) satellite office. They provide free and confidential consulting services to businesses and those considering starting a business.
