Christopher Investment Company developed, managed, and owned manufactured housing communities in Southeast Michigan. The company was founded by Gregory Christopher in 1976. CIC grew from 1 community with 96 home sites to 11 communities with over 4200 sites. After more than 30 years of success in the industry, CIC made the timely decision to sell all of its interests in Michigan and exchange them for Class A properties in Austin, Texas.
