In February 1965, Ralph Cobb Realty was formed to service Commercial, Industrial, Farm and Ranch Real Estate customers. In 1972 Ralph was joined by his son-in-law, Wayne Lundquist, and in 1979 the partnership Cobb-Lundquist, Realtors was established. In December 1995, the company was incorporated as Cobb-Lundquist Realtors, Inc. with Ralph W. Cobb, Jr. the President & Treasurer and Wayne A. Lundquist, Jr. as Vice-President and Secretary. The company continued to expand its market and is considered to be one of the top three commercial brokerage firms in the City of Corpus Christi. In January 2003, Cliff Atnip joined the firm as partner. Currently, the company has two partners: Wayne Lundquist, Jr. specializing in Commercial sales and Cliff Atnip, specializing in Commercial and Office sales & leasing. We are both current members on a local, state and national level of the Association of Realtors and the Realtors Land Institute.
