In 2008, their Designated Broker, and owner of the company, Richard Clauson, formed Commercial Advantage, L.L.C., (dba Commercial Advantage Real Estate). Richard has been in the real estate business since 1987, working in both the residential and commercial markets. After spending 20 years working for other people, it was time to venture out on his own.
