CMI is an Oregon Corporation headquartered in Portland Oregon. Kaye Youngren, its C.E.O. and Owner founded the company in 1972 under the name of Condominium Management, Inc. Since its original formation CMI has been registered to do business in the State of Washington. The name of the company was changed in 1993 to Community Management, Inc., to more accurately reflect the broad base of clients CMI serves. As the first Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) in Oregon, Community Management Inc. continues to stand apart from other community management providers. Since 1972 CMI has continually challenged the industry, leading the way by creating impactful and matchless solutions for community homeowners’ associations in Oregon and Washington.
