Core Commercial Brokerage Company was founded by Mike Helwege in early 2016. Mike has 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate market serving the Pikes Peak Region—and has consistently been a top producer in the area. Before founding Core Commercial, Mike was an equity partner in the local office of one of the largest commercial brokerage firms in the world. This equity partnership position provided Mike with an incredible opportunity—the ability to learn some of the processes that are implemented by large, full-service brokerage companies.
