DWR was founded by Drew Waddell in 2010 to provide experienced advice to occupiers and landlords. During a career of nearly 30 years Drew has acted for most of the UKs leading retailers landlords and property companies. Drew has advised on a number of major retail schemes including Buchanan Quarter and Buchanan Galleries Glasgow for Land Securities and Silverburn and Union Square Aberdeen for Hammerson. Advice has been given to most of the UKs leading retailers including Marks and Spencer, Debenhams, Next, River Island , HMV, New Look, Clarks , Gap and Aurora.
