Davis Properties was started in 1994 with the purchase of the Woodruff and McDaniel office buildings in downtown Springfield, Missouri. Over the next few years Davis Properties became one of the largest property owners in downtown Springfield with the addition of the Heers and Park Central Office Buildings. Over the past several years Davis Properties has grown and become much more diverse. They continue to grow and have expanded into all facets of the commercial real estate market in the Southwest Missouri area. Their holdings currently include office, retail, industrial and warehousing space. They currently offer nearly 3 million sq.ft. of property, ranging from 1,000 s/f to over 900,000 s/f.
