Ms. Carpenter began her real estate career in 1988 in Albany, NY. During that time she held the positions of Associate Broker & Property Manager for two prestigious property management firms. The responsibilities included conducting sales, leasing and managing approximately 1000+ A – B residential units and 200,000 square feet of Class A – B commercial space.
