Dayton Company Industrial Real Estate, LLC is a real estate brokerage company, specializing in the sale and leasing of medium to large sized industrial facilities and sites. In 1976, near Chicago, Illinois, Craig Dayton formed Craig Dayton Real Estate to provide the investment real estate industry serving Illinois and Wisconsin with sales, leasing, and management services. In 1985, the company was relocated to Arizona and the name was changed to Dayton Company Industrial Real Estate to reflect the company’s orientation to the sale and leasing of industrial and business facilities. In addition to marketing to users, I continue to maintain investment clients as an important part of my business. Craig Dayton is a founding member of the Arizona Commercial Broker’s Association (ACBA) and has served as President, Vice President, Treasurer and Board Director. The ACBA is a professional association of commercial and industrial brokers and maintains the highest standards for membership.
