Arthur DeGroat founded The DeGroat Company in 1967. Art’s courtesy, integrity and professionalism made him Saginaw’s ambassador of commercial real estate. Michael Keenan joined Art in 1999 and has been proud to maintain the name in as an inspiration to honor his legacy of offering high quality service to Saginaw and the Great Lakes area. Michael’s aim is to follow Art’s example of providing high quality professional services backed up with a commitment to learning and expanding brokerage and consulting services. Offering buyer / renter representation and business brokerage are newer on the brokerage side. Commercial real estate appraisals are prepared by a licensed Certified General appraiser who has earned the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation.
