DiFelice Development is a real estate development and property management company in Victor, NY. Begun in the late 1950's, when Primo DiFelice emigrated from Italy with only his skills as a mason and his strong work ethic. After years of working towards the American dream, Primo saw an opportunity and began to buy land in and around Rochester, NY, with the nest egg he saved. What started as a small masonry business decades ago has grown into what is now DiFelice Development, Inc., which is still a family-owned, family-operated business. Since the company's humble beginnings, DiFelice Development has built more than 1,000 residential homes and more than 300,000 square feet of commercial space.
