The company was founded in 1943, when three brothers purchased a small selection of buildings in the area of Manhattan now known as Tribeca. As the demand and appeal of this area grew over the next 70 years, so too did their real estate portfolio. At present, Feldman Realty Group owns and manages over 10 properties in New York City, Southampton, NY and Palm Beach Florida including the landmark Broadway Chambers Building and the historic Gibbes Building.
