Flagship Properties, Commercial Sales & Leasing, was founded in Greenville, South Carolina in 2008 by local real estate businessman Benji Smith at the height of the Great Recession. In 2010, Flagship Properties acquired Riverside Property Management, and in 2011 added a Residential division of seasoned agents, enabling the company to be a full service real estate company of Commercial, Property Management, and Residential services. Through the acquisition of multiple real estate companies, as well as the experience and key efforts of dedicated real estate agents and brokers, Flagship Properties, Flagship Commercial and Flagship Property Management has become a prominent full-service real estate company in Upstate South Carolina.
