Our company was founded in 1992 by Doug Loyd & John Zielenbach as Florida Executive Realty at Tampa Palms. Our only employee then was Michelle Weinhold, who now serves as our General Manager & Vice President. Our original efforts were focused on selling homesites, new construction and various developer related services exclusively in Tampa Palms. We have certainly grown up since then as the following milestones will show.
