The partnership’s collective background and expertise includes office, retail and industrial assets. In recent years, the partners have been involved in the acquisition/investment, leasing or management of over 2M square feet of real estate in various capacities. Georgetown Partnership is an affiliated company of Perimeter Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate leasing and brokerage firm. The affiliation between both companies allows Georgetown Partnership to be active in the market.
