For over thirty years, Paul Glinsman and Richard Weller have developed wide ranging skills to become two of London’s leading commercial property advisors. In late 2008, in probably the most difficult market conditions experienced in the last fifty years, Paul and Richard launched a new, independent consultancy specialising in the office sector with a particular emphasis on London and the South East. Three years into this new venture and with the backdrop of steady if not spectacular take up and dwindling supply, particularly in our core market of London's West End we are continuing to complete a variety of lettings, sales and acquisitions for a wide range of occupiers, major landowners and property companies.
