Gary Monetta Brokerage Company (GMBC) was founded by Tim Monetta's father in 1986. After originally starting in Mission Valley, the office moved to Ramona where it remains today. As anyone in real estate and property management can attest, there were a lot of ups and downs along the way. GMBC persevered, and eventually turned into a wonderful community-oriented small business. In March 2007, Tim joined the family business and became the sole owner.
