The Grammas family originally started managing apartments in the early 1970’s. The goal was to help build a great and safe living environment for families. Today, they manage Little Creek, Athens, Court Yard and Sparta Communities with the same resolve and dedication. They look to continue to develop and create infrastructure within the greater Cincinnati area. Their reputation is based on the relationships that have been formed over the years with tenants. After achieving success with managing rental properties, they moved onto commercial real estate — retail and office space.
