Green Harvest Enterprises, Inc. started in 1987 with a 36-unit apartment building in Escondido, which they still own today. Over the years, this family-owned company has grown to include more than 600 total Apartment units in Escondido and over 120 Commercial spaces in Escondido and San Marcos. They consider themselves “collectors” and operate our assets with a long-term philosophy in mind.
