Fred Delibero is principal of Griffin Riley Property Group, LLC, a commercial and residential for rent investment, development, management, and consulting firm. Fred began his career as a commercial real estate professional in 1992 having held senior commercial leasing and development positions with The Mills Corporation, a large shopping mall developer and manager headquartered in Washington, DC; and Copaken, White & Blitt, a Kansas City based developer and manager of shopping malls, retail centers, and office buildings. While employed in commercial real estate, he worked with hundreds of national and local retail tenants leasing retail space; managed the development and leasing of several out-parcel strip center developments; and led the redevelopment of large sections of Eastland Mall, located in Bloomington, Illinois, increasing occupancy from 70% to nearly 95% and increasing the value of the center by over ten million dollars. Fred earned the Certified Leasing Specialist design
