Grizzard Commercial Real Estate Group recently spun off from Grizzard Commercial Real Estate Group began in 1968 as a small division of Tom Grizzard, Inc. in Leesburg, Lake County, Florida. Being a small town on the outskirts of pre-Walt Disney World Orlando their commercial team concentrated on the sale of citrus groves, and their team gained a reputation of integrity and local market expertise. As the Orlando market grew and helped feed the population growth of Lake County they began to diversify into the brokerage of development land for retail, multi-family, and industrial uses, commercial property management, and landlord/tenant representation. Tom Grizzard, Inc. and now is the dominant full service commercial real estate firm in Lake, Sumter, and Marion Counties. They work with investors and developers nationwide but haven’t forgotten their humble beginnings.
