Grundy Commons is a complex of four connected buildings totaling over 300,000 sq ft. It was built in 1880-1912 as a textile mill which manufactured some of the finest wool & worsted fabrics in the world. The complex was purchased by Fred Baumgarten and has been redeveloped into a multi-tenant commercial hub that has a broad range of tenants.
