Steve Bacon & Russ Haynes met while working for Harpeth Associates, LLC on the mixed use project known as Harpeth Square bringing downtown Franklin historic district it's first hotel. Steve & Russ, having worked well together on Harpeth Square and with complimentary skill sets, Steve, specializing in construction & project management while Russ, focusing on finance and leasing, decided to form Hamilton Young, LLC to combine their unique experiences and continue doing what they enjoy, creating desirable places for people to live, work & play.
