While Holladay Hospitality Group was established in 2020, their sister company, Holladay Properties, has a history dating back to 1952. It’s through this larger sister entity that Holladay Hospitality Group came to exist. Holladay specializes in real estate, land development, design and build processes, and property management. Holladay has developed over 20 million square feet of commercial space and actively manages over 15 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, multi-family, hotel, and healthcare space and we continue to see growth year after year.
