Formed in 1989 Chris Jago and Andrew Cordery the partners of Houston Lawrence between them have over 50 years experience in the commercial property sector. Andrew Cordery is an associate of the RICS. He opened the first branch of Houston Lawrence in Covent Garden in 1985 and then Battersea in 1989. Andrew heads the Investment / Development and Consultancy team at Houston Lawrence and over the years has developed successful and longstanding relationships with the House Building Industry. Chris Jago qualified as a Surveyor and Valuer in 1981 and became a fellow of the RICS in 2000. He has worked for Edward Erdman, Conrad Ritblat and Teacher Marks Deal joining Houston Lawrence in 1995. Chris and Andrew became joint owners of the business in 2006. Chris has an unrivalled local knowledge and devotes the majority of his time to heading the agency disposals team at Houston Lawrence.
