Their focus in on the commercial property needs of corporate users as well as individual investors. Areas of specialization include all types of commercial and industrial property including retail, office and industrial development as well as land for single and multifamily residential development. Excellent relationships have been developed with retail developers, multifamily developers and industrial and warehouse developers. They are also very active in the residential land development market, having sold several thousand acres for lot development in North and Northeast Tarrant County as well as elsewhere in the Metroplex, and developing a number of subdivisions of our own.
