The present activity of Humford Equities is development, ownership and management of some of the finest real estate in Northeastern Pennsylvania, including but not limited to neighborhood shopping centers, office buildings, medical facilities, branch banks and a 165 lot housing development.Humford Equities entered the real estate market in Pennsylvania in 1970 and was prominently involved in the development and management of properties in Center City Wilkes-Barre following the Hurricane Agnes flood disaster of 1972. Currently Humford is involved in the revitalization of Center City Wilkes-Barre. In 2008 alone Humford Equities leased fifteen units consisting of 50,000/sf. to help create the new entertainment district in Center City Wilkes-Barre.
